Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Downward Dog’s services.

Your use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse admission of any dog we deem to be unsuitable for boarding at Downward Dog for any reason. A full refund will be given in this circumstance. 

Charges
All charges are set out on the website and price list. The client agrees to these charges for the services and that they will be paid in full before they drop off their pet.

Your pets are boarded at your own risk. As such, you are responsible for any damage that may be caused by your pet to any other animal, staff, person or property.

Cancellation
Cancellation of bookings and unused days during high season periods will incur charges for all days booked. A deposit of 50% of the total boarding fee during high season is to be deposited once the booking is made and the booking will not be confirmed until this deposit is received. The balance of fees are to be paid before your dog is dropped off.

All dogs staying at Downward Dog must be fully vaccinated; wormed and flea treated, and provide current proof of vaccination on arrival. Failure to provide a valid vaccination card for each dog staying gives Downward Dog the right to refuse boarding. All dogs staying at need to have NZ Boarding Kennel appropriate and approved Veterinary vaccinations, owners must provide current proof of vaccination on arrival.

Dogs staying require vaccinations from Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis (Vanguard 5) Every 3 years, and not more recent than 7 days.  Leptosprosis and Kennel Cough. Yearly and not more recent than 7 days. 

Veterinary Care
Should any dog require veterinary care, all relative cost will be met by the pet owner.

Downward Dog Kennels may update its Terms and Conditions as needed and required. Terms & conditions can be found on the website as the primary & paramount version only, superceeding all paper or other digital versions.
